Shipping policy

At Merge Screens, we want our shipping policy to be clear and fair. 
Our goal is to keep it as simple and transparent as possible.

 

1. Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States, and worldwide.

 


2. Vehicle verification before shipping

To make sure your product fits your vehicle correctly, we may request photos or other vehicle details after your order is placed.

We use this information to:

  • confirm compatibility
  • prepare the product correctly for your vehicle
  • complete final quality assurance checks before shipment

Order processing begins once we have received all requested information needed to verify compatibility and prepare your unit.

 


3. Processing time

Once we have received all required vehicle information, most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

This includes compatibility verification, product preparation, and final quality checks.

 


4. Shipping options and transit time

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping: estimated transit time of 8–12 business days
  • Premium Shipping: estimated transit time of around 6 business days

These are estimated transit times only and begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

 


5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the label is created.

 


6. Address changes

You may request a delivery address change before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order is in transit, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

To request an address change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mergescreens.com.

 


7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

If an order has already shipped, any cancellation request will be treated as a return under our Refund & Return Policy.

 


8. Damaged, wrong, or incomplete deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos or video showing the problem.

These situations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

 


9. Delivery delays

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Shipping times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, peak periods, weather, or other factors outside our control.

 


10. Duties, tariffs, or additional delivery charges

In rare cases, additional shipping-related charges, duties, or tariffs may apply depending on the shipment.

If this happens, these charges are the responsibility of Merge Screens. Please reach out to us via support@mergescreens.com for our support in it.
